RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All orders are subject to a 10% over run or under run policy. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Production time begins once all artwork is approved. A 50% deposit may be required for new customers that have not established terms with 8554MYLOGO.com. Sales tax will be charged unless an exemption certificate or a 501c has been provided. Any claims of missing or damaged items must be reported to a representative of 8554MYLOGO.com, Inc. within two weeks of delivery/reciept of goods.  Once production of your order begins changes cannot be made, and the order cannot be canceled.

Due the customization of all products produced by 8554MYLOGO.com, Inc. we are unable to offer any refunds, returns or exchanges of any kind on the following items including, but not limited to;

•Screen printed items such as t-shirts, bags, lunch totes, tech accessories etc.
•Embroidered items such as polos, towels, Oxford shirts, hats, etc
•Laser engraved items such as tumblers, key chains, leatherette items etc
•Pad printed items such as pens, journals, etc

The items listed above are not a full representation of every item that 8554MYLOGO.com produces and therefore 8554MYLOGO.com does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any item that has been customized, decorated or embellished.

BLANK GOODS

8554MYLOGO.com, Inc. does not offer blank goods, but on rare occasions. However any refunds or exchanges are subject to the following including but not limited to;

•Blank items that are eligible for return/refund are based on the manufacturer’s policy and are subject to change at any time.
•Blank items are subject to a 25% restocking fee that is non-negotiable
•Blank items are subject to freight charges that are the customers responsibility
•Blank items must be in the original undamaged condition or the return/refund will be void
•Blank items must be returned in the original packing and quantity in which they were received or the return/refund will be void
